Water is a necessity in our lives and an even bigger one in fitness. So addressing your daily water intake really isn’t an option and we get it… there are a gazillion articles and reminders telling us to drink more water.

When it comes to something like drinking water, forgetfulness probably isn’t your fault. Mainly because for most of our liquid intake only happens during our meals during the day.
